1. Repackage your item: Place the unworn garment back into its original RFRM packaging. 
2. Create your free label: Use our online portal to generate your tracked Royal Mail return label or digital QR code.
3. Drop off or arrange collection: Take your parcel to any Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off point, or arrange a free home collection. Keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is paid.

We make global returns straightforward and secure. You have 60 days from delivery to send back any international order using your preferred local postal service or courier.

1. Download your global return form: Simply print and include the below returns form inside your parcel.
2. Repackage and attach address: Secure your items in their original packaging and attach the destination address label provided in the returns form to the outside of your parcel.
3. Post with your preferred courier: Send the parcel using any reliable local courier or postal service with tracking. Keep your tracking number handy until your funds are returned to your account.
